This 5VDC 3W Wide Input SIP8 3KV Isolated DC/DC Converter is rated for an output current of 600mA max with efficiency up to 78%. The input voltage is nominally 12V but covers the range of 4.5 – 18V with an absolute maximum of 20V. In-built OVP, OCP, SCP and under voltage protection are provided as standard. The output voltage accuracy is typically ±1% with line regulation of typically ±0.3% and load regulation of typically ±0.5%. Output ripple and noise is typically 50mV P-P (20MHz bandwidth).
These converters feature an industry standard 22 x 9.5mm SIP8 package package with 3KVDC input to output isolation.The case is manufactured from UL94-V0 Plastic and weighs 4g. Dimensions are 22 x 9.5 x 12mm. The operating temperature range is -40 to +85°C and cooling is by Free air convection.
