Power

Incorporating the latest standards for the varied rolling stock applications, our vast range of power supplies include open frame, enclosed, fanless, and configurable models as well as external AC adapters and DC-DC converters.

We can supply power supplies compliant to harmonized standards: EN50121, EN50124, EN50125, EN50155 & EN50163 and national standards: RIA, NFA01-510. VDE, ST plus any other needed in the region to meet rolling stock and trackside equipment classification

Apart from the large number of standards, one of the challenges of the railway sector is the fact that many applications have very specific requirements in terms of space, enclosure type and connectors, resulting in products that are often ‘custom’ to a particular customer. Conexa can help with these time to market challenges where a standard unit is not the exact fit.

Transport power cable assemblies can be designed to comply with regulatory standards such as Rolling Stock Part 6 Types 1 to 9 and 11 to 13 cables for use on LUL-specific vehicles (London Underground cables) and the unique requirements of other transport applications presented by differing implementations.
