As a company we are fully committed at executive level to ensure that we become an industry leader in the area of environmental and social responsibility. We take actions throughout all areas of the company to ensure maximum impact on these matters. Actions include, but are not limited to, the following:

Ensuring that manufacturers are accredited to environmental standards or working towards them
Efficiency
Ensuring products are designed to provide the highest efficiency to reduce energy usage and greenhouse gas emissions
Recyclable
Packaging is reusable and if not is recyclable
Reduction of CO2
Shipping products in a way that reduces CO2 emissions
People first
Paying attention to factory practices with respect to staff conditions and welfare
No conflict minerals
Ensuring that conflict minerals are not used in any product that we sell
Ensuring best practice
Our executive team is responsible for ensuring best practices within the company in respect to reducing energy usage and CO2 emissions, pro-active recycling and repurposing materials and factory engagement on all environmental and social responsibility issues. These best practices are communicated to all staff members and regularly measured.We aim to continually advance all operations to waste less energy, consume less physical matter and avoid the use of hazardous substances
We aim to play an important role in our local communities and we strive to make the communities in which we operate better places. We commit to encouraging our team to get involved with their local communities and use their skills and where possible the company’s resources to help create a mutual benefit.
We work internally and in conjunction with our partners and suppliers to develop and maintain a high level of ethical standards in everything we do. We oppose the exploitation of workers and we will not tolerate forced labour, or labour which involves physical, verbal or psychological harassment, or intimidation of any kind. We will not accept human trafficking or the exploitation of children and young people in our business and undertake all reasonable and practical steps to ensure that these standards are maintained.
