Integration Options: Weldable vs. O-Ring

We provide two distinct mounting styles to suit your specific chamber requirements:

1. Weldable Fiber Feedthroughs

Designed for permanent, high-integrity integration. These are ideal for extreme vacuum environments and ultra-low temperatures.

  • Direct Integration: Engineered for laser welding into CF, KF, or ISO-K flanges.

  • Maintainability: Features a replaceable internal zirconia sleeve, ensuring long-term utility even if the internal alignment is damaged.

2. O-Ring Sealed Feedthroughs

The perfect choice for systems requiring frequent maintenance or rapid prototyping.

  • Easy Installation: Can be installed or replaced in minutes without specialised welding equipment.

  • Serviceable Design: These units can be returned for professional connector repolishing. Like our weldable versions, the internal zirconia sleeve is fully replaceable.
