1.0A, Non-isolated Switching Regulators:
The RM10S series are drop down 1A rated non-isolated switching regulators. They can be configured to provide either a positive or negative output. Housed in a compact 3-PIN SIP package these parts are pin to pin compatible with LM78 family linear regulators.
Unlike linear regulators these Regulators operate with high efficiency, up to 96%. They do not require a heatsink because very little energy is wasted as heat.
These converters accept an ultra-wide input range and operate over a wide ambient temperature range. They feature outputs between 3.3 and 15V and have continuous short circuit protection.
These 1A Switching Regulators are especially suitable for applications where energy saving, space saving and high performance are essential.
