170W Desktop Adapter Power Supplies:

This series of 170W Desktop Adapter Power Supplies are designed for use in ITE and Household applications.

These products features Universal AC Input of 90 – 264VAC, 47 – 63Hz with a power factor of >0.90 (230VAC, full load). The input is provided via an IEC320-C6 (Class I) connector.

These adapters have single outputs in the range 12 – 48V DC. They meet the efficiency requirements of DOE LEvel VII and EU ErP with typical average efficiency >89%. The no load power consumption is <150mW. The outputs feature low ripple and noise (200mV p-p max) with regulation of +5%/-5%. Outputs include in-built protection for short circuit, overload, over voltage and over temperature.

These power supplies meet safety requirements to EN61558-1, EN61558-2-16 and EN62368-1 with UL, TUV, IEC and CB approvals. They comply with EMC standards EN55014-1, EN55014-2, EN55032 Class B, EN55035 Class B and ICES-003. The operating temperature range is -20 to +60°C (derate linearly 2.5% per degree from 41 to 60 degrees).

These power supplies have dimensions of 153 x 70 x 35mm and features a black plastic case. The output lead is 1.0M and can be fitted with a range of industry standard plugs. In addition to standard connectors these units can also be supplied with a bare ended output cable.

This range is designed to cover a wide range of modern applications. These include, but are not limited too office equipment, IoT equipment, gadgets and consumer products. For higher volume requirements output voltage and connectors can be changed to suit requirement.
