This 24VDC 6W Ultra-Wide Input DIP Railway DC/DC Converter is rated for an output current of 250mA max with typical efficiency of 86%. The input voltage is nominally 110V but covers the range of 40 – 160V with an absolute maximum of 170V. In-built OVP, OCP, SCP and under voltage protection are provided as standard. The output voltage accuracy is typically ±1% with line regulation of typically ±0.5% and load regulation of typically ±0.5%. Output ripple and noise is typically 50mV P-P (20MHz bandwidth).
These converters feature an industry standard SMD package with 2250VDC input to output isolation.The product weighs 7.9g and has dimensions of 43.6 x 23 x 10mm. The operating temperature range is -40 to +105°C and cooling is by Free air convection.
They meet IEC/EN50155 and EN/IEC62368-1 and are designed for use in railway applications although they are also suitable for a wider range of applications where tightly regulated outputs are required.
