This ±5VDC 15W Wide Input Compact DIP DC/DC Converter is rated for an output current of ±1500mA max with efficiency up to 89%. The input voltage is nominally 24V but covers the range of 18 – 36V with an absolute maximum of 40V. In-built OVP, OCP, SCP and under voltage protection are provided as standard. The output voltage accuracy is typically ±1% with line regulation of typically ±0.2% and load regulation of typically ±0.5%. Output ripple and noise is typically 50mV P-P (20MHz bandwidth).
These converters feature an industry standard 25.4 x 25.4mm compact DIP package with 1.5KVDC input to output isolation.The case is manufactured from aluminium alloy and weighs 16g. Dimensions are 25.4 x 25.4 x 12mm. The operating temperature range is -40 to +85°C and cooling is by Free air convection.
They meet UL/EN/IEC62368-1 and are suitable for a wide range of applications where tightly regulated outputs are required. This may include battery systems, renewable energy, data acquisition and IoT devices.
