The input voltage is nominally 5V ±10%, in-built continuous short circuit protection is provided as standard. Load regulation is 12% and line regulation is typically ±1.2%. Output ripple and noise is typically 75mV P-P (20MHz bandwidth).
These parts feature an industry standard SIP4 package with 1.5KV DC input to output isolation. The case is manufactured from UL94-V0 black plastic and weighs 1.6g. Dimensions are 11.6 x 6 x 10.2mm. The operating temperature range is -40 to +105°C and cooling is by Free air convection.
