170W Medical Desktop Adapter Power Supplies:

This series of 170W Medical Desktop Adapter Power Supplies are designed for use in medical applications.

These products features Universal AC Input of 90 – 264VAC, 47 – 63Hz with a power factor of >0.90 (230VAC, full load). The input is provided via an IEC320-C14 (Class I) connector.

These adapters have single outputs in the range 12 – 54V DC. They meet the efficiency requirements with typical average efficiency >89%. The outputs feature low ripple and noise (200mV p-p max) with output regulation of +5%/-5% max. Outputs include in-built protection for short circuit, overload, over voltage and over temperature.

These power supplies meet safety requirements to EN60601-1 (2 x MOPP) to UL/cUL, TUV and CB, they are suitable for BF applications. They comply with EMC standards EN60601-1-2, EN55011 Class B, EN55035 Class B and FCC Part 18 Class B. The operating temperature range is -20 to +60°C (derate linearly 2.5% per degree from 41 to 60 degrees).

These power supplies have dimensions of 170 x 85 x 44mm and feature a black plastic case. The output lead is 1.0M and can be fitted with a range of industry standard plugs. In addition to standard connectors these units can also be supplied with a bare ended output cable.

This range is designed to cover a wide range of modern medical applications. These include, but are not limited too diagnostic and analytical equipment.
