500W Open Frame / U-Channel Medical Power Supplies

This series of 500W Open Frame / U-Channel Medical Power Supplies are designed for medical applications.

These products features a Universal AC Input of 90 – 264VAC, 47 – 63Hz with active PFC >0.95 @ 230VAC and full load and have a typical efficiency of >93% at full load.

Output range of 12 – 48VDC and 0A minimum load which features low ripple and noise (570mV p-p Max.) and has in-built protection for over temperature overload, OVP and SCP. output regulation is +3%/-3% Max.

This series is designed for both medical and ITE applications and meets medical safety to EN60601-1 and general safety to EN62368-1 with UL, cUL, TUV and CB approvals. It complies with EMC standards EN60601-1-2, EN55011, EN55032 Class B, EN55035, FCC Part 15 B and FCC Part 18 B.

Unit dimensions for this product range is L127 × W76.2 × H34mm (Open Frame) &  L143 × W87.2 × H46.5mm (U Channel) mm and achieves full output power with convection or force air cooling options. The series also features JST input and output connectors. The operating temperature range is -20 to +70°C (refer to derating curves).

This series is designed to cover a wide range of modern applications. These include, but are not limited to office equipment, IoT equipment, analytical equipment, industrial machines and consumer products for both medical and ITE applications.
